Link Picture dialog box

To display the Link Picture dialog box select the Linked Picture Tool then click in an empty area in your business card or label.

Specify filenames

Check this if you want to manually enter or select the filenames for each picture.

File List

Allows you to enter the filenames of the pictures you are linking, one per line, for example c:\pics\joe.jpg.

Add button

Click this to select the filenames.

Clear button

Click this to clear the File List.

Use a database field that contains the filenames

Check this is you want to link to a database that contains the filenames.

Select Database button

Allows you to select a database if a database is not already linked to your design. (See Linked Database Wizard)

Field that contains the filename

Select the field in your database that contains the filenames of the pictures.

Note:

•	The database must already be created before using this option. You can either use one of the built in Personal Databases or any supported external database.
