Background dialog box

To display the Background dialog box select Background on the Edit menu or double click on an empty space in your design.

Allows you to select an existing or create your own background for use in your design.

The background screen contains two tabs.  One is used to select an existing background and the other is used to customize the selected background or create an entirely new background.
