Allows you to change the linked database and select records to print.
A linked database is a database you have linked to your design. You insert text fields into the design to display information from the linked database.
A linked database consists of either a file (such as Excel, Access, CSV, etc.) and one or more views that allow you to define filtering and sorting rules.
With a database linked to you design you can use the controls on this panel to select one or more records to print.
View combo box
Select the view.
Linked Database... button
Click this to select a database to link to the design and defined views for it using filtering and sorting rules.
Records check listbox
Lists the records in the current subset of the selected view. You can check individual records the click the Set Subset button to create a new subset or select a record to display it on the design.
Set Subset button
Click this to create a subset using the checked records.
Clear Subset button
Click this to clear any subset and make all records in the selected view available.
