Choosing Multiple Entries

All screens that allow you to select multiple entries have the button to open the Choose Entries screen and allow you to select individual entries.

To choose multiple entries perform the following steps:

1.  Click the button.

2.  Select one of the following buttons.

   Click this button to add the highlighted entries (in the the Available Entries listbox) to the selected list.

   Click this button to remove the highlighted entries (in the the Selected Entries listbox) from the selected list.

    Click this button to remove all entries from the selected list.

    Click this button to Select Entries By Date

   Click this button to add the entries found in the last search to the selected list.

3.  Repeat step 2 to select additional entries using different criteria.

4.  Click OK.

Notes:

You can press and hold the SHIFT or CTRL key to select multiple entries.

You can drag and drop entries within the Selected Entries list to change their order and the order in which they are processed.
