Picture dialog box

To display the Picture dialog box select Picture... on the Insert menu, select a file and click Open.

Scale slider

Slide the slider to the desired scale.

Rotate button

Click this button to rotate the picture 90 degrees clockwise.

NOTE: Rotating should be done after scaling.  Re-scaling will reset the rotation.
