Insert a Database Field

1. Select Text or Rich Text on the Tool menu then click in The Design Area where you want to insert the counter.

1. Click the Add Database Field button on the Quick Tools Panel.

2. Select the field(s) you want to display in the Build Field dialog box.

3. Use the Text/Rich Text tab, Style tab and Effects tab in the The Property Editor to further customize the counter.

Note:

•	The default style for a text object, Text (No Wrap), causes the text to wrap only where you insert a hard line break regardless of the width of the object's bound. If you want your text to wrap to the width of the object's bound, set the style to Text (Wrap).

•	Rich Text objects do not have a Style or support Effects, but can contain formatting for each character, word or paragraph.
