Allows you to select the records you want to include and define the sort in which they are included.

Allows you to select the view to use.

Note:

•	The filtering and sorting rules you specify are stored within a View.

•	Views allow you to define different filtering and sorting rules for your data and allow you to easily apply the same rules to a similar linked database in another design.
