Sorting Rules (Linked Database Wizard)

Allows you to specify sorting rules so the records are printed in an order you specify.

Field to Sort By

Select the field you want to sort by.

Order

Select the order you want to sort the selected field by.

Ascending

Select this to sort the field in low to high order.

Descending

Select this to sort the field in high to low order.

Add Sort Criteria button

Click this button to add the selected sort criteria.  Repeat as necessary.
