Entry Properties dialog box

To display the Entry Properties dialog box select Entry Properties on the Admin menu.

Note: The Admin menu is only available if you are logged in as an Admin user with no access restrictions.

Change Log

Displays a list of changes made to the entry from synchronizing operations.

Permissions Flags

Permissions Flags work in conjunction with user permissions to allow and restrict access to specific entries.

Unrestricted

No restrictions are placed on the entry.

Non-Editable

Users that are restricted from editing non-editable entries will no be able to edit.

Non-Viewable

Users that are restricted from viewing non-viewable entries will no be able to view.
