Users dialog box

To display the Users dialog box select Users... on the Admin menu.

Note: The Admin menu is only available if you are logged in as an Admin user with no access restrictions.

User combo box

Lists the users for the currently open database.

New button

Creates a new user.

Delete button

Deletes the user selected in the User combo box.

User Properties group box

Name

Enter the name of the user. To login the user will need to enter this name with the passcode.

Passcode

Enter a passcode for the user. To login the user will need to enter this passcode in addition to the Master Password for the database.

Flags

Restrict from viewing entries flagged non-viewable

Select this option so that the user will not see any entries that are flagged as non-viewable

Restrict from editing entries flagged non-editable

Select this option so that the user cannot edit entries that are flagged as non-editable

Read-only access

Select this option so that the user only has only read-only access to all entries.

Save button

Saves the selected user
