Insert using the Direct Hotkey

1. While in the other application with the cursor in the box where you want the reply to go press the hotkey for the reply you want to insert.

Notes:

•	You cannot activate by double clicking on the system tray icon if you intend to insert a reply.

•	You can only use this option if you have a hotkey defined for the reply.
